My Quilts

My Quilts that I have completed

Wedding Memories
A quilt for my friends wedding, it has both their favourite colours - his is blue, hers is pink (well its actually a coral colour)

(Picture to come)

Garden Window Quilt
A quilt for my MIL, she loves the colour red and I am making 2 quilts for everyone in my family. This is her special quilt. Everyone gets a normal quilt and a special quilt.

Illusion - Quilt
There is a long story to this quilt but needless to say we ended up keeping this quilt and my daughter & I love it.

A Blue Star
This is the second quilt I made for my son for Christmas 2016. The photo doesn't really show the beautiful dark purple in it - it is not black.
My Son's normal Quilt.

Irish Chain Quilt
A lap quilt for my MIL
My MIL's normal Quilt

A Puppy Haven - quilt for Buddy
Now I couldn't leave Buddy out of the loop and not make him his own quilt - he loves his quilt to lie on in the lounge room

Hexi Quilt for Me and one for my Daughter
I made these because I wanted a quilt for my bed and my daughter loved the pattern and the polka dot jelly roll I had so I made her one two, this was very quick to make and quilt.
My normal quilt for Me and for My Daughter.

Son's Supernatural Quilt
This is my second quilt to start but was finished first. I was trying to figure out what to get my son for his 21st Birthday, then the idea hit me to do a quilt with supernatural (TV Show). This was the first time I used that material you can print on with an inkjet printer and printed pictures from the TV Show. He absolutely loved and was left speechless.
My Son's special Quilt.

Mum's Window Quilt
This is the first quilt I started and didn't know anything about quilting, I started on a cheap sewing machine that drove me nuts with its problems but was finished on my Janome MC6600. There was lots of learning in creating this quilt. It is hand embroidered with the words from two different songs mixed together.
My Mum's special Quilt.

Its not a good photo - sorry
